Zewillow

Terms of service

Last updated: 29 July 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and ("Zewillow", "we", "us") when you use Zewillow. Using it means you accept them.

What Zewillow is

A tool that reads your work email, finds clear promises in both directions, and keeps a short list of the ones still open. It can draft a follow-up for you to send yourself.

What it costs

The first month is free. Your card details are taken when you start, so the subscription continues without interruption, but nothing is charged until the free month ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing at all.

After that Zewillow is $29 a month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Cancel whenever you like, from your account page — it takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, there is no notice period and nothing to ask us for.

If a payment stops going through, the parts that cost us money to run — reading your mail, the morning digest, follow-up drafts — pause. Your commitments stay exactly where they are, readable, and you can still mark things done, snooze, dismiss, export or delete. We do not hold your own list hostage over a card.

Zewillow is early software. Features may change. There may be periods when it does not work. We will tell you before any price changes.

Where Zewillow is available

Zewillow is not currently offered in Europe — the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. Subscriptions cannot be started from those regions. Write to us and we will tell you when that changes.

The mailbox you connect

Only connect a mailbox you are entitled to connect. If it belongs to an employer or a client, make sure you are allowed to give a third-party tool read access to it before you do. You are responsible for that decision.

Zewillow will get things wrong

It will miss promises. It will occasionally surface something that is not really a promise. That is why every item shows you the original sentence — so you can judge for yourself rather than taking our word for it.

Zewillow is a helper, not a system of record. Keeping your actual commitments is still your job. Do not rely on it alone for anything that carries legal, financial, or contractual weight.

Fair use

Do not use Zewillow to break the law, to read mail you have no right to read, to harass anyone, or to attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Your data

Your commitments are yours. We do not claim ownership of them. How we handle them is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Stopping

You can disconnect or delete your account at any time, from the Account page. Deleting is immediate and permanent.

We may close an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop running Zewillow. If we shut the service down, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export what you have.

No warranty

Zewillow is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or lost data arising from your use of Zewillow. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months, or one hundred US dollars.

Changes to these terms

We may update them. The date at the top will change, and we will email you about anything material before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
